India’s tech-enabled home salon brand, Yes Madam, has launched a new campaign featuring actress Shraddha Kapoor to emphasise its personalised service. The brand for beauty and spa, which operates in over 50 cities, aims to address a key consumer insight: while customers appreciate the convenience of home salon services, many miss the personal touch they are accustomed to from their regular salons.

‘Har Expert Salon Expert Nahin Hota’ Campaign
Yes Madam’s new campaign, “Har expert salon expert nahin hota,” highlights the specialised training of its service providers, says the company. Shraddha Kapoor is portrayed not as a celebrity, but as a genuine customer experiencing Yes Madam’s services. The campaign seeks to make the brand more relatable and authentic, setting it apart from competitors with its emphasis on personalised care.
Shraddha Kapoor as the New Face of Yes Madam
“Shraddha Kapoor was their immediate choice as the face of the brand with her growing popularity and her ‘girl-next-door’ image of a perfect blend of elegance and approachability, would surely be a game-changer,” the company said.
In one of the campaign films, Shraddha introduces her father, Shakti Kapoor, to the brand, reassuring him that Yes Madam delivers the same personal attention she has always received. The brand says its focus on quality, safety, and satisfaction has helped it build strong customer relationships, servicing over 1 lakh clients to date.
