Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge recently visited India and of course, the world kept an eye out for Kate’s style. Well, we were no different. We followed Kate’s style closely and we were largely happy. 🙂
So here’s taking a look at Kate’s style during her India visit, 2016.
Summer Chic
This was Kate’s first outfit in India and it was absolutely on point! Summry and light with ethnic elements, this dress by Anita Dongre in fact crashed the designer’s website, thanks to the attention it got.
Bollywood & Blue
For a meeting with Bollywood stars, Kate picked out a blue gown. And as much as we hate to say this, we weren’t fans of this blue gown, primarily because of the embroidery. While we understand that Kate probably wanted something with classic Indian touches, this style of embroidery felt outdated. We would have loved to see her in a Sabyasachi gown or a Chanel gown with hand work. However, the colour is gorgeous and there’s no denying Kate looks beautiful.
White Love
A crisp white dress that was formal, elegant and totally gorgeous. Kate looked sharp and chic!
Green & Gorgeous
For a meeting with our PM, Kate Middleton went in for a sea green midi dress. The dress sat well on her petite frame and it looked beautiful. As did she.
Summer Maxi Love
Looks like Kate loved ethnic inspired dresses and we aren’t complaining. She looked good.
Floral Love
For one of her appearances, Kate went with a pink and black floral dress. Black pumps and a neat bun completed her look. She looked goooood.
White & Black
The fitted white and black gown was elegant AF! Kate did a half up, half down hairstyle and it complimented the dress perfectly. We’re crushing on this dress hard.
