  • Pumpkin seeds 100 gm
  • Ghee (clarified butter) 200 gm
  • Jaggery 200 gm
  • Green cardamom 10 gm

Method:

1. In a saucepan, gently toast the Raggi flour on low heat for 15-20 minutes until it emits a nutty aroma.
2. In a separate pan, toast the pumpkin seeds in ghee until lightly golden.
3. Combine the jaggery and toasted pumpkin seeds in a blender and pulse to create a coarse powder.
