Dream of a body like Sonam?  Reema Sarin, actor, dancer, model and founder of Bolly Fit, guides how!

“A ‘bikini body’ is definitely a toned body with muscle definition. You can use gym equipment that is specifically tailored for thigh muscle toning. Leg curls and leg presses done regularly can give you well toned thighs. Anaerobic exercises such as squats and lunges will also give your legs a good workout. Hundreds of crunches each day won’t flatten your belly if you need to lose weight and if your abdominal muscles are covered with excess fat. So the key is to do Cardio (high-intensity aerobic exercise) plus Spot Training of the each muscle group – ABT – what we call Abs, Buttocks, Thighs will give them a tighter and thinner. Also, if you want the perfect body, you must eat a healthy, controlled-calorie diet, eating high quality muscle building protein, with adequate serving of fruits and vegetables each day” she says.
