They say, “The true beauty of music is that it connects people. It carries a message, and we, the musicians, are the messengers.” The recent “Roobaroo” video is a best example of that. Music is a powerful way of connecting people. India is a nation of different language and culture, but there is one thing which is common in us that’s our soulful music. The recent Micromax Anthem is sung by 10 singers in 9 different languages and it is so beautiful that you just want to listen to it again and again. After all what Billy Joel said is also true, “I think music in itself is healing. It’s an explosive expression of humanity. It’s something we are all touched by. No matter what culture we’re from, everyone loves music.” I think this video reminds us of the essence of our country.
