Recipe : Vegetarian Lasagna

Vegetarian Lasagna

Ingredients

  1. 12 lasagna sheets

  2. 1 cup cottage cheese

  3. 1 cup processed cheese

  4. 2 cup mozzarella cheese

  5. 4 tbsp olive oil

  6. 2 cup chopped onion

  7. 4 tomatoes chopped

  8. 2 tbsp garlic paste

  9. 1 bunch baby spinach

  10. 2 green bell peppers chopped

  11. 10 sliced mushrooms

  12. 4 baby corns sliced

  13. Broccoli ¼ cup chopped

  14. Basil leaves chopped ¼ cup

  15. Red chili flakes 1 tbsp

  16. Black pepper powder ½ tbsp

  17. 2 tbsp milk

  18. 1 tbsp oregano

  19. Salt to taste.

Procedure

  1. In a deep pan add water, 2 tbsp oil and pinch of salt and bring it to boil. Now add lasagna sheets boil till it soft .Drain and keep each sheet separately. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.

  2. In a pan heat the olive oil add garlic paste, onions stir till it become golden brown now add tomatoes, baby corn, bell peppers and broccoli. Saute till it become soft.Add pasta sauce stir it for 5 minutes.Now add mushrooms, spinach, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup and salt stir for 5 minutes.

  3. In a pot add and mix all three cheeses, keep it aside.Take one deep baking glassware grease it with oil, now take cooked lasagna sheets and cover it on the entire bottom of the glassware.

  4. Pour vegetable layer evenly; now pour cheese mixture on the vegetable layer.

  5. Repeat the procedure for another two layers.

  6. Top layer should be mixed cheese layer. Sprinkle milk on the top of the cheese.

  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Now remove the foil and bake for 10 minutes till it golden brown.

  8. Keep it for 5 minutes. Vegetable lasagna is ready to cut !
