The whole country is mourning for loss of CPRF soldiers in the terrorist attack done by Pakistan’s Terrorist organisation, Jaish-E-Mohammad. The country is in deep shock following the terror attack. Keeping in mind the escalating tension between the countries, the maker of Total Dhamaal and Ajay Devgn have decided against releasing their upcoming movie in Pakistan.
Actor Ajay Devgn shared on social media, “In light of the current situation the team of Total Dhamaal has decided to not release the film in Pakistan.”
Recently, the team of Total Dhamaal including the makers, crew and actors Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey, Riteish Deshmukh, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit Nene and Johnny Lever decided to donate Rs 50 Lakhs to the families of the Martyred CRPF Jawans who lost their life in the Terror attack.
FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employees )has even taken a call to ban all working projects with Pakistani artists in the light of the current situation with Pakistan. The federation even decided to ban any filmmaker from working with Pakistani artists.
Total Dhamaal is the third instalment of the Dhamaal franchise and stars Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi, Javed Jaffrey, Riteish Deshmukh, Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit Nene and Johnny Lever. The movie is slated to release on February 22.
