ITC Fabelle Unveils The Arc of Love Chocolate Collection for Valentine’s Day

ITC’s luxury chocolate brand Fabelle has introduced a limited-edition Valentine’s Day offering titled The Arc of Love, a curated collection of handcrafted pralines inspired by the evolving stages of romance.

Drawing from Sufi philosophy and enduring cultural ideas that view love as a journey rather than a moment, the brand said it has created five heart-shaped pralines, each representing a different emotional milestone — from discovery and desire to trust and transcendence.

Five Pralines, Five Emotional Milestones

The collection begins with The Beginning, featuring a white chocolate shell with milk chocolate mousse and caramelised macadamia, symbolising purity and promise. It moves to The Bloom, where a milk chocolate exterior encases a spiced mousse to evoke the intensity of early attraction.

The narrative deepens with The Bond, crafted in ruby chocolate and filled with lemon conserve and dark mousse, reflecting the sweet and sour dimensions of togetherness. The Belief follows, expressed through dark chocolate dipped in cocoa liquor to represent enduring faith and strength between partners.

The final creation, The Beyond, brings together rich chocolate and cheese mousse with a touch of French sea salt in a milk chocolate shell, inspired by a love that is passionate and eternal.

Commenting on the launch, Subash Balar, Vice President and Business Head – Chocolates, Coffee and Confectionery and NCD, Foods Division, ITC Limited, said the brand continues to push the boundaries of luxury chocolate through innovation and immersive experiences. “With The Arc of Love, we have translated that unfolding journey into flavour, form and experience, crafting each moment so couples can savour not just chocolate, but the poetry of love itself,” he added.

From Flavour to Fine Dining

In addition to the praline box, Fabelle will host a seven-course cocoa-themed dining experience on February 14 at ITC Hotels in Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi and Kolkata. The dinner will be available at Cajsa in Bengaluru and Ottimo across the four cities, priced at Rs 15,000 per couple, with prior reservations required.

The praline collection is priced at Rs 845 and will be available at select Fabelle boutiques, on the brand’s website, Fabelle.in, and through food delivery and quick commerce platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto and Blinkit.

With the new launch, Fabelle positions chocolate not only as an indulgence but also as a medium for storytelling and emotional connection.
