The high amount of caffeine in coffee – on an average of 95mg in a cup – can sometimes lead to harmful effects such as anxiety, sleep disorder, or irregular heartbeat.

Its rich green colour is not only good for your health, but it’s also very aesthetically pleasing. Matcha contains the benefits of the entire leaves and comes from the Green tea family. It’s rich in antioxidants like catechins, which help prevent various chronic diseases and aids weight loss.

This Golden nectar is not a stranger to anybody. Recently revamped in the west as the ‘Golden Latte’ Turmeric milk has been around for centuries thanks to its many health benefits. You can create some edgy Turmeric milk by adding cinnamon and ginger and replacing your regular milk with plant-based milk.
