In addition, she is the host of the brand New talk show “Naturally Beautiful” on Veria Living Television. In our exclusive Interview Nitika shares what is the KEY to bring happiness in our life!

Q. On Bella Life you talk about how one can make business successful? Tell us something on that.

A.My key philosophy is that you cannot get everything done by yourself – you need the support of community in order to accomplish your dreams and create the business you’ve always imagined. There is power behind creating community, networking and leading with love to help other women and support their dreams; in turn this will come back to you and further you on your own path.

Q. Most of the women are insecure about their body, they think either they are too fat or too slim? Can you throw some light on this so that one can increase the confidence level?

A.My number one tool to help with an increase in confidence level is showering yourself with Self-Love. To me, self-love is giving myself a hug down to the core of my being. It means honoring the wounds I have carried with me throughout my life and loving those parts of me for their strength and courage. It means looking at my body and whether it has Psoriasis on it, a bone that is disfigured from arthritis or is a little softer from extra weight, I have tremendous love for it. Even when it’s hard to acknowledge what’s good about me or to take incredible care of myself, I do something to honor my commitment to be loving to myself. I am also committed to being loving to others but it has to start with ME.

Q.Women have some internal fears. How one can conquer fear. What would be your piece of advice.

A.My advice is to fully acknowledging what the fear is. Dig deep, listen to your heart and call it out for what it is. When we voice our fears, we have the ability to realize the fear is just a feeling, and we can easily adapt this fear to love. A tiny shift in perspective is all we need to change something fearful into something love-filled. Voicing the mantra “choose love” aloud regularly can help in creating this shift.

Q. All women go through so many issues in everyday life and most of our time goes in finding the balance. What’s the KEY to bring happiness in daily life ?

A.The key to bringing happiness into daily life is something I like to call LLA – little loving actions. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference. This can be as small as sending a sweet text to a friend for no reason, smiling to a stranger, making self-care a priority with a morning beauty routine, nourishing your body with healthy food, etc. It’s all about taking consistent action throughout the day to make it brighter through LLA.

Q. What message you would like to share with our readers on Women’s Day?

A.I want women out there to know that being beautiful is not about what’s on the outside. As women, I think we put so much pressure on ourselves to fit a certain mold or look a certain way. I believe in Divine or Meaningful Beauty – this is really about aligning with who you are. Having this be embodied in the way you take care of yourself, the way you present yourself – is just such a powerful thing. If everything is energy, then how you take care of yourself and how you invest in yourself is such a huge part of that.

I’m not suggesting you have to wear bright lipstick or get your nails done every two weeks or wear heels. It’s about really owning who you are in your day-to-day life, because you want to take care of yourself, in a way that feels best to you, not others. Owning who you are and being authentically YOU is a muscle. It takes working through and practicing getting back to your center and really developing.

Q. Why do you suggest women must go for Natural and organic beauty products?

A.Your skin is your largest organ and it is considered your second stomach. It is your presentation card to the world. 20% of what gets inside your body comes through the pores of your skin! So what you “feed” your skin is as important as what you feed your belly. This is why I always recommend natural beauty products – there are so many fabulous brands in todays market with this mission!
