The much awaited movie of the year with elaborate starcast is ready to hit the floors. The makers are leaving no stone unturned to create hype around the movie. Recently, the lead actresses of the movie Alia Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit and Sonaksh Sinha came together for the cover of Harper Bazaar on its 10th anniversary, which intrigued the audiences. On Thursday, the first looks of Varun Dhawan, Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur from the movie were revealed.
Now, the first look of Alia Bhatt has been revealed as well and she looks breathtaking as a bride.
Alia shared the poster of her first look with caption- A character unlike any other I’ve played! Presenting Roop!”
Madhuri and Sonakshi also shared the first look of Alia. While Madhuri captioned the look saying “She’s full of life and has a heart of gold,” Sonakshi added, “Free, bound only by love! This is Roop!”

Kalank is a period drama set in 40s, written and directed by Abhishek Varman, produced by Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala, Hiroo Yash Johar & Apoorva Mehta under the banner Dharma Productions & Nadiadwala Grandsons Entertainment. Those appearing in lead roles include Alia Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur. This movie would mark Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan’s forth collaboration after working together in ‘Student of the Year’, ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’.
Kalank is set to hit the floors on April 19.
