Wishing Prakash Jha a Happy 67th Today

Prakash Jha is an Indian film director, screenwriter and a producer. He is chiefly appreciated for his political and socio-political flicks. He is the creator of very popular-priced National Film Award acquiring documentaries. An ordinary man raised in the districts of West Champaran, Bihar, runs his own production company Prakash Jha Productions and is the proud owner of two malls, the P&M Mall and the P&M Hi-Tech Mall in Patna and Jamshedpur.
He has always worked on films independently. He has executed over 25 documentaries, 13 feature films, 2 television features, and 3 television series till date. For the last ten years, Prakash Jha has been thoughtfully associated with improvement initiatives in Bihar. He has been initiating growth in infrastructure, health care and vocational education dexterities in the state.

Storyline: An American cultured heir of a compelling Indian family returns to his country, his first taste of power starts him down a corrupt trial.

Storyline: A corporate go-getter realizes his preferences split-shift when personal misfortune draws him face-to-face with utmost political corruption.

4. Lipstick Under My Burkha

Stars: Konkona Sen Sharma, Ratna Pathak, Aahana Kumra
Storyline: This movie chronicles the secret lives of four women in search of a little freedom. Ambushed and smothered in their own worlds, these four women claim their desires through contradistinctive antics of endurance and enigmatic defiance.

5. Apaharan

Stars: Ajay Devgn, Bipasha Basu, Mohan Agashe
Storyline: This drama twirls around a father and his son. The father serves Gandhian principles and his son, a jobless wretched man prefers to move towards the wrong trail and in no time culminates into a kidnapping mafia which leaves his father fragmented.
