RiteBite Nutrition Bar Review

My mom always says that one should eat healthy food. Just like my mom even I believe that anything that is healthy and good for our body, I am always in for that kind of treat.

However, these days nutrition is not just limited to healthy food products; rather we have moved a step ahead with nutrition supplements that provide similar amount of energy and health needed for our body. With increasing awareness about gymming and exercising, the consciousness about nutrition bars is also increasing among the people. Gradually this concept is catching pace amongst the office goers and even kids as more and more people are opting for nutrition bars. It would not be wrong to regard these bars as quick-on-the-go bit of fuel and an instant energy booster.

With our consumers being such cognisant about fitness, we decided to review some of the nutrition bars from Rite Bite for them so that you choose wisely. Here’s our take on this healthy snack!

Ritebite Women

Heading to gym every day, doing yoga or attending pilates class; this bar is just the product for all those women who want to stay fit and healthy. This bar is a very healthy snack for women as it contains honey, nuts, and is high in omega 3 (flax seed) folic acid, is pro-biotic, and high in calcium, fibre and proteins. It’s quite filling and you may not feel hungry at least for an hour after eating this one. (This bar gives you approximately 160 kcal per bar)

RiteBite Krunch Butter Scotch

If we have to vote amongst the given options, we would vote this bar as one of the best Rite Bite Bar with Soy Crispies, Whole Grain Crispies and Whole Grain Rolled Oats. With No Trans Fat and Cholesterol, high in Protein, Calcium and Vitamins, real butterscotch chunks and coated with rich chocolate; this bar is Crunchy, Chocolaty and Delicious. With so much healthy elements stuffed in this bar, grab it fast and enjoy some healthy munching in between your meals. (130 kcal per bar)

Choco Delight

Busy in back to back meetings and no time to grab a meal…Don’t worry, Rite Bite has a solution for all you office goers. Just stock a hand full of Choco delight bars in your car or office bag and you are on the run for some power-packed day. Not just for busy office executives, but this bar might also find a place in your kid’s tiffin box since it’s very nutritious (filled with proteins and calcium) and delectable. As kids love chocolates, I am sure they will love this too. So now you don’t have to worry anymore as your kid will get nutrition along with good taste of chocolate.

But if you don’t have a sweet tooth, then you might not like the extra chocolaty sweeter flavour of this bar. (It gives you approximately 180 kcal per bar)

Merry Berry

If you love berries, you are surely going to love this one. A mouth-watering blend of cranberries, raspberries & currants, gives one a taste of different aromas to your taste buds. This is also a great replacement if you have cravings for sweet things. Grab this in between your breakfast and lunch around 12ish and this will stop you from munching those salty wafers or anything junky. (It gives you approximately 125 kcal per bar )
