Recently Tanushree Dutta has alleged Nana Patekar. She stated about the misbehaved he did on the sets of the film while shooting her special dance number in 2008. Later she filed a case (FIR) against the actor, Nana Patekar. However, Nana has not accepted the allegation.
His lawyer Aniket Nikam, told ANI, “All allegations against him (Nana Patekar) are false and far from the truth”. (ANI).

The matter is investing by the Oshiwara Police and they are investing in the sexual harassment case against Nana. On Nov 30th in a fresh news, its stated that the actor Daisy Shah recorded a statement before the police about this case. Daisy Shah was working as a choreographer under the assistance of Ganesh Acharya in (Horn Ok please). Daisy Shah confirmed with a statement that she was present on the special number dance while it was being shot. This time Daisy was an assistant choreographer. She was helping Tanushree to learn the dance steps.

In the complaint, Tanushree Dutta has named also about the Choreographer Ganesh Acharya.
A senior officer confirmed the development. “We will record statements of everyone present on the sets when the alleged incident took place,” he said. Shah has been asked to record her statement at the police station whenever she is comfortable, within a week or two.
In this response, Ganesh Acharya said that Tanushree did not express any reservations of dancing with Nana Patekar in the rehearsals. Still, the allegation against Nana Patekar has not solved yet. The police summoned actor and choreographer Daisy Shah to record a statement about this incident. Daisy recently told in her statement that she was present there. In two to three days’ time, Daisy should summon a recorded statement about it, Oshiwara police already sent her the summon.
