Now women across India has a reason to rejoice, H&M ( Hennes & Mauritz ) to open 50 stores in India. Although there is no clarity on where exactly they are planning to open their stores in India, looks like they are still in talks with the government for final approval.
H&M planned to open 375 new stores worldwide in 2014, including 80-90 in China. It also plans to enter Australia and the Philippines this year. H&M is a Swedish multi retail store which offers best quality product at premium price all over the world. They have been in the market since long time.
It looks like success of retail brands like Zara, Vero Moda are making well known established brands to enter Indian market. We are also sure this will be a win win situation for customers and we can see some competitive price wars in coming days where customers will get the premium quality products.
