Mango Raita Ingredients
- 2 cups chilled curd
- 2 medium-sized mangoes, chopped
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp saffron
- Some chopped mangoes for garnish
- Half a tablespoon of sugar
- A small pinch of roasted cumin powder
Mango Raita Method
- Add sugar to the curd and beat until smooth.
- Add mangoes, cardamom powder, and saffron.
- Mix well.
- Serve topped with some chopped mangoes, cumin powder, and a sprinkle of saffron.
- You can also chill the raita before serving.
Note: Consume within three hours.
