Healthy mango oats smoothie

It’s mango time folks ! We all want to try out yummylicious mango’s in this season. why not try something that’s healthy,tasty and made out mango’s. Here is a quick recipe to ‘healthy mango oats smoothie’.mango smoothie


3 ripe alphonso mangoes

3 tablespoon of roasted oats

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

sugar is optional

some ice cubes

a few mint leaves for garnishing


Peel and chop the mangoes

Crush the cardamom

Add the chopped mangoes, roasted oats, crushed cardamom, sugar and ice cubes in a blender

Blend till smooth.

Pour in long glasses

Top with some mango slice and fresh mint leaves.

Serve it chilled.

Preparation Time – Ten Minutes

Note – You can add milk as per your taste.
