“Coming straight from Gujarat are the lovely floor length cotton skirts with mirror & patch work with short beaded tops and long gota patti kurta teamed up with bhandej gota patti and velvet dupattas in colours and contrasts that would leave you spellbound. For the heavier look, there are ghaghra cholis with heavy embroidery and mirrorwork of Kutch” says Jyoti Bhalla, Partner, Filme Fashion.
“And there are beautiful fusions of Ghaghra Choli which are on display at the store. Designer Leena Gupta of Wedzilla has created Long kurtas in gujri work and teamed them with net floor length skirts and cape instead of Dupatta, to make it more stylish and easy to carry while you celebrate the festival”, adds Poonam Kumar, Partner, Filme Fashion.
Accessories include traditional potlis, clutches and sling bags from Banaras and Gujarat.
