Cena Pranzo, the Italian eatery at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, has unveiled a newly curated menu designed to offer a refined yet comforting Italian dining experience. Crafted by celebrated chefs Mario Caramella and Mauro Ferrari, in collaboration with the hotel’s culinary team, the refreshed offerings celebrate the essence of Italian family-style meals — generous, soulful, and authentic.
The menu revamp is part of a broader effort to enhance the restaurant’s identity as a warm and inviting Italian trattoria. “This new chapter of Cena Pranzo is deeply personal,” said Tarun Seth, General Manager, Grand Hyatt Gurgaon. “This menu is a reflection of warmth, generosity, and the kind of comfort you’d find at a family table in Milan or Rome. With generous portions, soulful ingredients, and flavors that linger, we aim to give guests an experience that feels familiar yet elevated – and above all, Molto Italiano!”

Signature Dishes Rooted in Tradition
The experience begins with a welcome of freshly baked basked of focaccia served alongside two house-crafted dips. Signature dishes include house-made Gnocchi, Cena Pranzo Spaghetti, Rigatoni All’Arrabbiata, and Spaghetti “Alla Chitarra”, all prepared using regional ingredients and traditional techniques. Mains feature Roman-style Saltimbocca, breaded Pollo alla Milanese, and grilled Salmon, highlighting the chefs’ dedication to authentic Italian cooking.
Panizzo: A Playful Pizza Bread
A standout addition, according to the eatery is the Panizzo — a crispy pizza bread with inventive fillings — offering a playful twist to the pizzeria section. Desserts are served tableside from a roving dolci trolley, with the signature tiramisu as a highlight. Wine enthusiasts can also enjoy a 30 percent reduction on the wine list, making fine pairings more accessible.
Cena Pranzo
Cena Pranzo continues to be a soul of the Grand Hyatt Gurgaon’s culinary landscape, serving fresh pastas and pizzas rooted in Italian tradition. According to the brand, the new menu underscores the restaurant’s mission to foster connection through food, inviting diners to gather, share, and celebrate the simple joys of life.
