Parnika India, a manufacturer and global exporter of women’s ethnic wear based in Surat, has announced plans to scale its Women Support Program to empower 100,000 women entrepreneurs by 2030. The initiative, which has already benefited over 10,000 women across India, provides business training, low-investment models, and digital marketing resources tailored for homemakers and aspiring female entrepreneurs, according to the company.
Comprehensive Training and Digital Resources
The program offers comprehensive training in areas such as business development, time management, digital customer engagement and social media marketing, enabling women to run flexible, home-based businesses. Parnika India also equips participants with professionally designed digital creatives, product catalogues, WhatsApp message templates, and promotional materials to ease market entry.
The company says that these resources simplify the go-to-market process, making it easier for women to focus on selling and building customer relationships.
Transforming Homemakers into Business Leaders
According to Managing Director Vishal Pacheriwal, the initiative is transforming homemakers into confident, financially independent business owners.
“As manufacturers, we have a unique opportunity to extend wholesale pricing and low-investment business models to women who wish to start from scratch,” Pacheriwal said. “Our model ensures healthy profit margins even with minimal capital, allowing women to start lean but scale effectively. We’ve seen homemakers evolve into confident business owners with steady monthly incomes; their stories are a testament to what’s possible when intent meets the right opportunity.”
The company adds that many participants have gone on to become local role models, encouraging other women in their communities to pursue entrepreneurship.
