A glass of lukewarm lemon water should be one of your morning rituals because its packed with nutrients and full of benefits. This healthy drink is very refreshing and easy to prepare. I have experienced the benefits from this drink first hand on recommendation from my dietician and while people just think it aids weight loss, this drink surely has more to it than limited one or two benefits.

How to Prepare?

The preparation of this drink hardly takes 2 minutes making it convenient for your busy days. Take a lemon and cut it into two halves. Take one half and squeeze it. Mix the lemon juice procured with a glass of lukewarm water and have this drink on an empty stomach
