Recipe – Keshari Modak

Ingredients

2 bowl Mawa, 1 bowl sugar, 1 tbsp cardamom powder, 5 saffron stands deep into the 2 tbsp milk and keep aside, 2 tbsp almond flakes for garnishing.

Procedure

Heat the larg sized pan on medium flame add Mawa and stir well for 5 minutes, Mawa will start melting in sometime, now add sugar and cardamom powder and stir again for 10 minutes. Until mixture becomes little dry, now add saffron stands. Pour mixture into large plate and keep it to cool down, knead the mixture well and make Modak. Garnish with almond flakes.
