Ingredients
- Arbi 250gms
- Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
- Salt To taste
- Garam Masala ½ tsp
- Carom Seeds A Pinch
- Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
- Ginger Paste ½ tsp
- Waterchestnut Flour 4 tsp
- Corriander ½ tsp
- Cherry Tomatoes 12 Nos
- Mustard Seeds ½ tsp
- Curry Leaves Few
- Green Chillies 2 Nos
- Sugar To Taste
Preparation method
For Arbi Ki Tikki
- In a bowl take grated Arbi, red chili powder. Salt, garam masala, carom seeds, turmeric powder, ginger paste, water chestnut flour and chopped coriander. Mix it well.
- Make round shaped tikkis of the prepared mixture and shallow fry in a pan till it turns golden brown.
- Arbi ki tikkis are ready.
For Cherry Tomato Compote
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chilies, chopped cherry tomatoes, salt, sugar and slimmer it on a low flame.
- Serve the prepared Cherry Tomato Compote with the Arbi ki Tikkis
