90 degree angle move

In this move, you get down on your hands and knees and lift your right leg up in the air. Start lifting your leg up and down in the air for about 30 times slowly. It’s really about quality and once you reach half way it might start burning, but don’t give up if you need your bottom in shape. Complete the 30 counts and hold your leg in the air for 30 seconds.Butt Exercise
