Earth Day is celebrated every year on April 22. But shouldn’t we be cautious every day for the loss of biodiversity, climate change, and rising air, water, and noise pollution? We must raise awareness and work together to protect the environment. These are severe challenges that require our immediate response.
To improve the status of our planet Earth, we must acknowledge and understand our obligations rather than delegating them to others. Now is the time to step forward and make significant contributions to our planet.
We’ve put up a list of things that we can all do together on Earth Day, April 22nd, to help the environment;
1. Start a compost heap in your garden
We have a variety of issues around the world, one of which is food wastage. By composting yard trash, we can make efficient use of it while also fertilizing our plants with essential nutrients. Composting is a relatively simple procedure. We can either use a container or simply dump it in our garden and wait for it to today. We can get rich, healthy compost at the bottom of the pile, which we can later put in the online garden, by doing so.
2.Plant a tree
Trees and forests are vital to our survival; they offer us resources such as oxygen and food. Deforestation is responsible for about 15% of greenhouse gas emissions. As a result, chopping down trees contributes to greenhouse gas emissions.
Planting a tree and caring for it till it flowers or yields can make a significant difference in terms of deforestation and climate change. You can also practice kitchen gardening if possible.

Enjoy nature!
On Earth Day, we can simply take a walk in the nature and have a fresh breathe to enjoy beautiful nature. We can also join environmental organizations in promoting awareness and encouraging others. Even modest measures can make a significant difference, so every day, we can take a few minutes out of our busy lives to contribute to a healthy environment and a place that future generations will cherish.
