1. Turmeric Face Mask for Acne-prone Skin

Acne is a serious skin condition, and using the right skincare routine is essential to treat acne. Besan or gram flour has certain properties that can treat acne.


  • Turmeric powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Gram flour (½ teaspoon)
  • Rosewater (4-5 drops)

Mix the ingredients and make a thick paste. Apply it gently on your face and let it stay for 20 minutes. Wash off the pack by gently scrubbing with water and then rinse it. Apply this mask once a week for quick results.

2. Turmeric Face Mask for Oily Skin

Having oily skin can be stressful as it can make your skin look dull and greasy and even lead to other skin issues. This mask can be made easily with accessible ingredients in your home. Lemon helps in exfoliating your skin, the turmeric removes bacteria, and yoghurt has astringent properties that reduce excess oil.


  • Turmeric powder (½ tablespoon)
  • Yoghurt (1 tablespoon)
  • Lemon (1 tablespoon)

Mix the ingredients and make a creamy paste. Apply the paste with the help of a brush and let it dry for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse it off with water and dry your face. Apply this mask thrice a week for better results.

3. Turmeric Face Mask for Dry Skin

  • Honey (1 teaspoon)
  • Turmeric powder (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Milk cream (1 tablespoon)
