Why girls go crazy After some of India’s well loved Dj’s

Their music makes everyone wanna dance the night away. But lets be honest girls, there are some Djs we love to see spinning simply cause they are just too cute. Here I have listed some of my favorites who talk on their love for music and more.

Enter his club on any given night, make your way to the console, and the ever charming spinmaster is always ready to greet you with a smile. His super dude attitude is what makes the girls go gaga over him despite his marital status.

He says: I started my career way back in 1998, and had been greatly influenced by djs\artists with the likes of Sasha and many more. I always wanted to have my own audience whom I could feed those sounds. I kept pace with the fast changing electronic music world and hit the button hard when it was red. Music is my stress buster, a pass time which turned into a serious profession and my closest pal. I express my mood through my music often, in other words it is my second soul.

DJ Anish
DJ Anish Sood

One of the youngest Djs in the country, the girls no longer care about music when he is at the console. What earns him extra brownies is his fun loving persona. What’s more? He is only 23.

He says:I had this love for collecting music ever since I was a teenager. It was fun to share my collection with friends and that got me hooked. I will be performing at Sunburn Goa for the fourth time this year. I love interacting with my audience and I guess that’s what helps me hit the right note with them.

dj mashManish Mendiratta aka DJ Mash
Spins at Kitty Su, Delhi
His favorite genres: Progressive House and Progressive Psytrance

If his piercing didn’t catch your attention, his charm surely would. He is a rockstar at the console. A sound engineering graduate from Sydney, he is someone who plays music not just because it is his passion but also because it helps bringing a smile on people’s faces.

He says: I enjoyed collecting audio tapes as a kid and playing my collections at family parties. I didn’t even know who or what is a DJ back then. It was only during my visit to Goa in 1996 when I realized that playing music is what makes me what I am. What helps me is the fact that I am very extrovert.

dj tuhinTuhin Mehta
Spins at various places all across the country.
His favorite genre: Techno

#Whatshelikes about him:
He describes himself as a fun loving nut case! He tends to be on the quieter side on the first impression but when he gets to know you, you gradually get to see the wild streak in him! He feels Madonna has stood the test of time and he draws inspiration from her.

He says: I got fascinated by the diversity of sound at a very young age. I grew up with music all around me. I was intrigued by how it affected people and their moods. Music is something that brings people together and I am hooked to it.

What do you think?
