Eating Protein Bars On A Diet! Good or Bad ?

How to cheat and not get caught? Stop right there, I’m not talking about that cheating. This is the pain we inflict upon ourselves after careful endurance bringing us back to square one. Long hours at the gym and watching what you eat can all tumble down if we slip back into old pattens.

I’ve been diligently gymming and trying to keep a check on what I eat, action word being trying. But we all have our cheat days, fat days; as do I. Losing weight is, if nothing, a test of how far you can abstain from ‘’all thing tasty.’’

So I decided to try something which may not be completely fatal to my diet regime. I tried Protein Bars and here’s what I thought..

It can only be eaten by those who have a taste for such flavours. The lemon flavour is slightly overpowering. There is lingering taste of powder in your mouth.

Final Take:
•Max Protein NutriBars can be eaten for a change of flavour sometimes but cannot replace our natural foods like dry fruits, oatmeal, and wheat.
•The price is high but the quality of the product is well worth it.
•It is an ideal choice for health conscious groups who are looking at a healthy yet quick alternative.
•And ladies, eating Protein Bars when on a diet will still count as cheating, although it’s not as much as your other sweet options!
