Coconut Cookies That Will Wow Your Taste Buds

Looking for some healthy cookies to try at home? I’ve got a quick recipe that will wow your taste buds within no time. As promised last time here I am with one more easy cookie recipe with the goodness of coconut. I make these for everyday evening snack and the taste is so, so good 🙂 coconut cookies


  1. Flour 80 gms
  2. Powdered sugar 50 gms
  3. Butter 40 gms
  4. Desiccated coconut
  5. Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
  6. Milk 15 ml


  1. Beat butter and sugar well. Sieve flour in the butter and mix well. Add desiccated coconut and mix well.
  2. Add milk and make a soft dough.
  3. Roll into a cylinder. Cut into equal sizes. Place it in a baking tray and press with a fork. The thickness should be about 1/6 inch.
  4. Bake at 175′ C for 15 minutes or till done.
