Looking for some healthy cookies to try at home? I’ve got a quick recipe that will wow your taste buds within no time. As promised last time here I am with one more easy cookie recipe with the goodness of coconut. I make these for everyday evening snack and the taste is so, so good 🙂
Ingredients
- Flour 80 gms
- Powdered sugar 50 gms
- Butter 40 gms
- Desiccated coconut
- Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
- Milk 15 ml
Method
- Beat butter and sugar well. Sieve flour in the butter and mix well. Add desiccated coconut and mix well.
- Add milk and make a soft dough.
- Roll into a cylinder. Cut into equal sizes. Place it in a baking tray and press with a fork. The thickness should be about 1/6 inch.
- Bake at 175′ C for 15 minutes or till done.
