Now a day’s our day starts with bed tea. In our hectic schedule we at least consume 3to 4 cups of tea or coffee daily. You cannot imagine whole day without tea or coffee but be practical you are welcoming to all high risk diseases. Here are the best substitute for tea and coffee. So let’s start your day healthy and enthusiastic have healthy beverages.

Green Tea /Tulasi/Ginger

Green tea is originated in China, but now a day’s it has become worldwide famous drink. It is a great tonic to reduce weight it burns fat and increase your metabolism rate naturally. It also helps you to reduce the rate of cancer.

Preparation – For making a one cup of Green tea you need one cup water ,pinch of dry green tea powder. Boil water and green tea together for 2 minutes green tea is ready. You can add Tulasi leaves or ginger to enrich the aroma, you can also add stevia leaves or honey for sugary taste.

Herbal Tea

Herbal tea is made from herbs and spices. It is 100% organic and caffeine free drink. Herbal tea has many medicinal qualities; it is a very good homemade remedy on various diseases like cough, cold, temperature, stomach pain etc, for better and quick result have 3 times a day. Daily consumption of herbal tea keeps away you from doctor. It is the best substitute for tea and coffee.

Preparation – You need to just boil it in the water, herbal tea is ready .you can add honey or stevia as per your taste.

Lemon Tea

Just add few drops of lemon in to green tea lemon tea is ready. It is great substitute for tea and coffee. It is 100% caffeine free and has many health benefit properties. It is a great source of vitamin ‘C’. It is an instant source of energy and freshness. Daily consumption of lemon tea in the morning keeps your body fit and fine all through the life.

Cocoa Drink

Cocoa is a great source of magnesium and antioxidant. It has three times antioxidant found in green tea. Don’t depend on readymade chocolate drink it contains sugar and milk powder. It is better if you can make your own beverage at home.

Preparation – You need one tbsp cocoa powder, one cup hot milk skimmed or without skimmed as per your choice. Mix one tbsp cocoa powder with hot milk, add sugar as per your choice cocoa drink is ready to drink. It’s a very good substitute for kids.

Orange Blossom Tea

Orange Blossom Tea can be the best substitute for daily cup of coffee. It is mainly found in Europe and Iran, and it was consumed after lunch and dinner. if you are suffering from headache or stomach pain it having orange blossom tea is a good healer. Orange blossom tea bags are available in the leading supermarket. It is made from sweet scented orange flower water. It tastes pleasant.

Preparation – If you are using readymade orange blossom water add few drops of it in to the boiling water or deep readymade tea bags in to one cup of hot water. You can add honey or stevia as per your choice.
