Excessive consumption of coffee may result in decrease in hormonal production which may increase the process of aging. Drinking too much of coffee increases the levels of caffeine which dehydrates the body causing skin cells to lose water resulting in a wrinkled skin.

Excessive Consumption of Coffee increases loss of bone mass

Caffeine is responsible for promoting the loss of calcium, magnesium, iron, etc leading to osteoporosis. Women are mostly more affected by caffeine due to genetic influence. Hence women should ideally consume less coffee as compared to their male counterparts.

Coffee contains heavy metals

Coffee contains caffeine which is a stimulant. Consumption of caffeine in early evening may hinder your sleep cycle causing a break in your normal sleep pattern.
