6 Easy Ideas For Toddler Food

Managing toddlers at the mealtime is very difficult task. Most the time toddlers demand what they watch on the TV. But it is not always healthy and moms have to take some efforts and try to make delicious cooking for our toddler. Here are some interesting recipes which your kid would love to eat without hesitation.Toddler Food

Fruity yogurt


1 cup hung curd
2 tbsp sugar
½ cup fruits (Mango, strawberry, apricot, litchi)
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. Add finely chopped fruit. Feed immediately.

Broken wheat porridge


  1. Pressure cook 4tbsp broken wheat with1 cup of water for 4 whistles.

  2. Let it become cool. Mix cooked Dalia with jaggery and almond powder.

  3. Add a little water and reheat the mixture on low flame for 2 minutes.

  4. Turn off the flame now add ½ cup milk and 1 tbsp ghee.

  5. Feed tasty porridge to your little champ.

Moong dal Khichadi


  1. Wash and soak 4tbsp green gram and 4tbsp rice together for 15 minutes

  2. Add turmeric, salt, 1 cube of carrot and pumpkin. Pressure cook it for 4 whistles.

  3. Turn off the flame and mash the Khichadi till it becomes soft.

  4. Add black pepper powder and ghee.

  5. Feed it to your little champ.

Soya, potato Pattie


  1. Wash and pressure cook the1cup soya chunks for 1 whistle.

  2. Crush the boiled soya chunks into grander.

  3. Mix well-crushed chunks, boiled and mashed 1potato, salt, cumin powder and black pepper powder.

  4. Make small Pattie of the mixture. Deep the Pattie in milk and immediately in bread crumbs. Heat the pan adds little ghee and shallow fry the Pattie.

  5. Serve with tomato sauce your 1 ½ yrs toddlers would just love in it!!

Tomato oats


  1. In a pan heat 1 tbsp ghee add 4 cubes chopped tomatoes saute it till it becomes soft.

  2. Add sugar, salt, turmeric, cumin powder, and pepper powder. Add a cup of water.

  3. Now add 4 tbsp oats. Stir continuously for 5 minutes.

  4. Tomato oats are ready to feed. Add 1 tbsp ghee.

Coriander Semolina


  1. In a pan heat, 1 tbsp ghee adds curry leaves and water boil for 2 minutes.

  2. Add 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves finely chopped, 1pinch cumin & pepper powder, salt, sugar.

  3. Now add roasted semolina stir continuously for 2 minutes.

  4. Add 1 tbsp ghee…Coriander semolina is ready to feed.

Jam cheese bread


  1. Apply butter on the one side of 2 pieces of bread.

  2. Now apply jam as a second layer on 2 pieces of bread.

  3. Keep cheese slice between two jam spread bread.

  4. Close the sandwich.
