Lose weight and kick-start your metabolism with these healthy and delicious smoothies. Listed below are eleven smoothies for weight loss:

1.Watermelon Smoothie:

Watermelon is a low fat and a cholesterol free fruit. Blend the chopped watermelon with a cup of low fat vanilla yogurt or non-fat milk with lots of ice and you can’t go wrong with this one!

2.Mixed Berry Smoothie:

This smoothie is the most delicious drink and makes a great treat for summers. Take a cup of frozen berries and add ½ a cup of plain yogurt or low fat milk and blend it smooth.

3.Kiwi And Honeydew Smoothie:

If you love kiwi do try this smoothie. This easy recipe can kick-start your day amazingly. Blend the honeydew, kiwi, apple, sugar, and lemon juice until it’s smooth and slushy.

4.Mango Surprise Smoothie:

This super fancy smoothie is a tropical treat that aids well in weight loss. Avocados are an interesting twist to this recipe which gives it an amazing texture. Mix the mango, avocados and fat free yogurt and blend it smooth.

5.Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie:

This incredible smoothie is very easy to prepare and is great for weight loss. One needs some fresh raspberries, ½ cup of soy or skim milk, ¼ cup of chocolate chips and some ice cubes. Blend them all together and enjoy it as a sweet treat.

6.Peach Smoothie:

This sweet smoothie is heavenly delicious and gives a refreshing feeling. With minimum of ingredients — milk, frozen peaches, and flax seed oil – it’s easy to make, too.

7.Lemon Orange Citrus Smoothie:

Tangy and sweet, this is a great way to get your vitamin C that helps in weight loss! The citrus is so refreshing; you’ll love this for breakfast or lunch. Needless to say, it’s a delightful summer treat too!

8.Green Apple Smoothie:


The bright green color of this smoothie is delightful and it’s a very healthy treat. One can blend some cashew butter, soy milk and vanilla yogurt along with the green apples to get a smooth creamier taste.

9.Banana Cocoa Soy Smoothie:

This smoothie has a lot of ingredients and can be enjoyed with all the meals. Take 1 banana, ½ cup of soy milk, 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of honey. Blend it all together and enjoy.

10.Banana Almond Smoothie:

This rich smoothie is perfect for dessert and it takes no time at all to get this weight loss smoothie together. You need 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, 2 teaspoons of flax seed and a drizzle of honey. Blend all these ingredients well until smooth and enjoy.

11.Tomato Smoothie:

This smoothie is rich in vitamins and is a terrific burst of energy. Add some tomatoes, ¼ cup of apple juice, ½ cup of chopped carrots, ¼ cup of chopped celery, some ice and blend it all together.
