Chunky – It is used for clothes and accessories that are thick and heavy. For example, a chunky knit scarf.
Statement – An eye-catching accessory or clothing that highlights your outfit and makes it look bold and beautiful.
Yoke – A horizontal piece of fabric around the shoulders and the neck, or around the hips to provide support for looser parts of the garment.
Gauntlets– Dress gloves extending above the wrist.
Mule – A French word for a backless footwear, often with a closed front.
Mary Jane – An American term used for a low-cut shoe with straps running horizontally across the middle of the foot from one side to the other. It’s usually closed with a buckle.
Romper – A one-piece garment with the lower part shaped like bloomers.
Sheath – A dress, featuring a figure-hugging silhouette with a defined waist and relatively unadorned.
Tea length – A gown or a dress hemmed to the end of the shin.
Peekaboo – A fashion terminology used for cut-outs in dresses and tops, and almost transparent fabric clothing.
Cap Sleeves – A sleeve that sits in between sleeveless and short sleeves. It has a flattering cut as it covers shoulders and elongates arms.
